Cassandra Spears graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science, cum laude, in 2005 and a Master of Science in Management in 2006. In 2012, she received a Juris Doctorate and Master of Business Administration from Stetson University College of Law.
While at Stetson University, she was a teaching assistant for Torts and Legal Research and Writing classes. She was a member of Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Society, and she received book awards for Pre-trial Practice, Trusts and Estates, and Advanced Legal Research.
Prior to attending law school, Cassandra worked in marketing management for a large, mixed-use building developer in Atlanta, Georgia.
Cassandra practices in litigation defense, focusing on long-term care and medical malpractice. She also specializes in drafting arbitration agreements and Creditors’ Rights law. Cassandra is a member of the Florida Bar and St. Petersburg Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in all Florida courts.
