Michael J. Gabrielli graduated from Touro College – Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 1999. While in law school, Mr. Gabrielli served as an Editor of the Touro Law Review and worked in The Division of Appeals and Opinions for the Office of the New York State Attorney General.
Mr. Gabrielli’s practice has focused primarily on the defense of premises liability cases, products liability actions, construction site accidents, automobile accidents, asbestos-related actions, insurance coverage, complex litigation cases, and the defense of architects, engineers and property owners. Mr. Gabrielli also has experience handling negotiations under the NFL Collective Bargaining Agreement as an NFLPA certified player-agent.
Mr. Gabrielli also represents clients in the areas of nursing home and assisted living facility defense. Mr. Gabrielli has tried over 10 trials to verdict and arbitrated over 50 cases.
Mr. Gabrielli is licensed to practice law in all of the State Courts of New York, as well as the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York.
